      There is a good atmosphere, small team. A lot of responsibilities and interesting projects and missions. I strongly recommend it

      I would like to have a better salary compare to the market. It is manly due to the small size of the subsidiary here.

      You will have a voice.

      Cons

      They have no HR and no methodology on salary structure. They construct salary based on what ppl will be content with and not market rates. They have the VP of Finance managing HR who has no skill in this and does not have leadership qualities.
