      Pros

      I enjoy the family atmosphere you can tell they care about the people who work for them. I know my co-workers have my back and I have there's. I like that the purpose is to help water treatment facilities create "safe and clean" water.

      Cons

      Travel is part of the job, it is not always easy but we have to go the the places where water is treated.
