- opportunities for growth if you're assertive and work hard - relative autonomy - great colleagues and company culture - located in central Cape Town
Cons
- Not flexible in terms of work hours or work ing from home - Information siloes and bad communication can make it difficult to do your job - HR is nonexistent and there's no growth planinng / performance management - management can be petty
