Supportive Leaders, fast and knowledgeable ops, good consistent leads, great atmosphere in the office

There are so many things I want to praise this company for. I would be doing them a disservice if I didn't mention them first though. The operations team is the BEST team I have ever closed loans with. Absolute professionals and are just generally awesome people at the top of their game. Next would be sales leadership. I was a little lost when I found my way here. Paul and Grant listened to a few of my phone calls and told me what my strengths and weaknesses were. It was hard to hear at first but once I decided to trust them, I literally 4x'd my production. If you can leave your ego at the door and trust you don't know everything and are willing to learn and follow through, these are they guys that will get you there. Plus we have the best front of the house with Mindy, She brightens up everyone's day. The office has plenty of parking and close to a ton of places to go eat or have a afterwork drink.
