      Pros

      Would be a much better place with better management. The money was good and the clients are okay.

      Cons

      Too many to count or even mention. Management is rude and condescending. Never makes for a good work environment. The employees there that are unhappy would never bother to say so. Sometimes schedules the girls for 7 days a week and fusses at them if they ask for a day to themselves. Makes things awkward and uncomfortable.

      Friendly staff, great owner, busy, great clients, reasonable prices for the clients, great tips, flexible hours to work, get paid great hourly, clean salon, the employees take pride in there job, everybody is a team player, the owner cuts hair as well as owns it ,so she understands how it is to be a stylist! You can take you time with your clients, they offer cuts, color, waxing, scalp massages, so easy to up sell, lots of walk in

      No cons, except as a hairstylist you have to stand on your feet
