Pros

Discount on products! Great job for sneaker heads. Management, selling & customer service experience. Great job if you like being on your feet & moving around.

Cons

Pay is low. Stressful. It's retail. Corporate retail world isn't very fun. Easy, but mostly annoying and stressful. Stupid questions, difficult customers, crappy hours working non routine shifts including weekends and holidays.

Pros

Fun, ever-changing atmosphere. Solid training program across multiple retail-necessary areas including operations, LP, HR, & VM. Room for advancement if you're willing to change locations, even within a city.

Cons

Management overworked (48+ hours is standard). Management salaries not on par with similar retailers.
