      Nothing positive as a pro with this company

      Horrible! Corporate is reactionary and not proactive. They only want money; They don’t give supplies nor take proper care of their buildings; Multiple safety issues. No raises in years and since it is family run, your opinion doesn’t matter; They terminate directors like crazy. They expect you to run out of ratios and do nothing for staff appreciation. Their business model is horrible. Their curriculum is written poorly because they are too cheap to purchase proper curriculum; They raise rates with no real notice to the families then wonder why multiple families leave blaming the director. Again reactionary and not proactive.
