Absolutely Awful Place

Pros

Just the tips from customers, but even then that's not promised.

Cons

MANAGEMENT. I have been laughed at, called a fool, and discriminated against all for just simply speaking out about my concerns/needs. They don't care about you, they only care about the money you make in sales. If that isn't bad enough, they expect you to pay for any "shortages" from the drop at the end of the night. Keep in mind you've been taking out credit card tips all day. So of course your drop isn't going to be the same as the cash sales. They don't care. Put it in the drop unless you want to get yelled at the next day foe it being "short." Some of the stands are absolutely disgusting because none of the other girls really care about how clean it is. The coffee is horrid. Expired syrups, milk, and whatever else you can think of just linger and are sometimes used to make drinks because they don't tell the customers. They walk all over the us and if you don't follow the rest of the sheep you get treated horribly. Just stay away from here. Please. Unless you enjoy subjecting yourself to physical, mental, and emotional abuse from management; or you enjoy being sexually and verbally assaulted by customers who expect you to put on a "show" if you want a decent tip. Don't let this company be the first coffee stand you work for. Try hard to get in somewhere else. It's just not worth it. I was recently just fired because i had asked for a day off for my other job. Just run from this place and do yourself a favor.

Pros

Some of the customers are great. While most are perverted depending on which girl has been working at the stand recently...

Cons

No matter how long you have been with this company or how much you bend your back for them, it doesn't matter. Also they expect you to put money towards the sales at the end of your shift if you haven't made the sales they want, or they will take away your shifts. They don't care which barista actually cares about the stand and customers they will put whoever "makes them the most money" on shift.. aka like a previous employ said sells their soul or adds half their tips into their sales. Do yourself a favor and don't get sucked into their horrible example of a business which Is sad to say because we've watched them expand from a couple stands to over 20 but it's all due to their sketchy ways.

Pros

If you have no self respect you’ll do great here.

Cons

I’m going to add to all of the bad reviews here because they’re true. I’ve worked in the service industry so I understand what it’s like to be rewarded for working hard and scolded when you’re not putting in 100%, these managers are the most sadistic psychos I’ve ever dealt with. No matter how well you do or how much customers love you, if you make a mistake they’ll treat you like you’re a subhuman. Girls joke that it’s like being in a toxic relationship. They’ll put you down and be unnecessarily rude to you and then act like nothing happened the next day. I’ve never experienced anything like it. All they care about is money. If you mess up anything they will take away all of your shifts.
