No pros really. This is a terrible company.

- Chaotic management. - There is a layoff almost every week (in such a small company it's terrible). - The extra days they promise are almost never given - Projects are set on fire almost all the time

I meet good people but noting more

All the equipment, software and offices are old. Wl management is improvised, led by people NOT qualified for this type of position. They are not flexible at all with your entry schedule, but they will always want you to stay until later. Free days are only promises, and if you get sick there will always be a bad face for when you come back. Do not waste your time.
