      Always busy Support for hotel, casino, restaurants, and fuel stations, always something new. Team support is good. Bonus opportunity for meeting customer service goals.

      Cons

      Lower range of pay 24/7 environment Stressful Heavily dependent on vmware instances, lots of problems that were difficult to resolve.
