Pros or Cons depending on what you are aiming at: - Not a fast-paced company, not so good for graduates or anyone really ambitious - Not an aggressive company - Overtime culture exists but not very severe
Cons
- Old-fashioned - Nepotism - Poor compensation and benefits - Very slow promotion, many people have been working for decades here (C&B / Pay raise / Promotions can vary among functions and who you are but most of the time the above apply unless you join as a seasoned professional) - Management is complicated and confusing
