Optical manager is very supportive with her staff, wants you to succeed and helps you to achieve your goals in the field
Cons
Went cooperate in 2021. But stayed on until laid me off in 2025 after putting in more than four years. Loved my job.

Great support, great management. Pay was good with incentives (for Optical). Loved my job.
Cons
When they went corporate in 2021 things began to change. I stuck through as I loved my job still. but then in January of 2025, I was blindsided when they laid me off.
