ObservSmart Healthstreams constantly Instead of addressing problematic individuals directly, everyone is penalized and general statements are made. Safety standards are not being met environmentally. A lot is not up to code. They hire crackhe3ads with records and then act surprised when something happens. They pay the guys more, even when their performance is not up to par. Senior nursing staff are transphobic to the trans kids, mocking them and laughing at them in the nurses’ station. Certain ataff get slaps on the wrist for abvse, but I’ve seen them fire others for small mistakes/accidents (not me, I quit). Cliquey, toxic environment.
