      Pros

      Great workspace. They value skills and experience in the construction field. With hard work you can easily move up through the company. Many opportunities for overtime hours and extra pay.

      Cons

      Often times there is physically difficult work. It is mostly outdoor or inside without A/C, and bad smells from water reclamation plants.
