Beautiful Club, Great People

My coworkers were some of the best people I've met, the property is beautiful, meals (lunch and dinner) are provided for the employees every day at no cost, uniforms are provided to employees at no cost.

Cons

Many departments have to work long hours, weekends/holidays. This is communicated up front, but definitely something to consider.

The staff at Lakeside country club

We work really well as a group. The member's are very nice and we all get along with eachother.

Cons

I think we need to work as a team is to show new staff the right away to do our job. Also schedule is all was changing and some times in clarification on the little things. We need more staff meetings between each shifts.
