Favoritism, cliques, management gossiping about employees to other employees. (Example: management told an employee someone was being laid off. That employee spread that information, eventually getting back to the employee getting laid off, creating an ugly situation that could have been avoided.) Unprofessional and uncomfortable work environment due to the cliques. Lack of job security - numerous layoffs yet somehow managed to open new offices?
