      Pros

      - nice place to learn politics rather than work. - you will quickly learn to work in chaos

      Cons

      -No employees consideration, no job security. - No predefined rules and regulations. The one who sits on the top decides everything. - NO KPI and KRA are defined which means you have to ask to work on anything. -you will be asked to work over time but No compensation and extra benifits. More over you will be asked to work on Sundays as well. -3 months of notice period for all.

      Nothing really comes to mind.

      Cons

      -Very incompetent founders, one of the founders would even abuse the employees in his local language. - Toxic office politics is very prominent and enforced by the leaders themselves. -There is not much to enhance your learning, tech stack keeps getting revamped with every new upper management hiring (which seems frequent), so no progress gets made at all. -Discussions about using technology that is unnecessary for a startup with a small userbase, why do you want to use microservices with only 10-20k users? -Unnecessary discussions about technology lead nowhere and waste everyone's time. To anyone reading this please be very cautious about joining this organization. It could be detrimental to your career.
