Pros
Honestly one of the best places I worked, with kind and hardworking coworkers. It's a small team, and you have a lot of opportunities to grow with the company. There is also good work life balance. There are definitely busy periods, but they always encourage you to make use of unlimited PTO. And summer fridays!
Cons
Things move fast! They are still growing, and sometimes decisions get made and changed quickly.

Through my 2+ years at Lalo, I've seen a lot of growth (in terms of new hires, our product catalog, and in myself). Some pros? This is the healthiest startup environment I've witnessed. I am able to enjoy my work/life balance here while also feeling like I have a real impact on decision-making because we're moving so quickly and working with a small team. Unlimited PTO is pretty sweet and salaries are pretty competitive. I work with the loveliest bunch of talented and kind people.
Cons
There are a few busy swells throughout the year where our creative team gets really slammed. To be expected with any job.
