Not much..Bad Work culture, no training, no support from the manager, you will go through mental stress, manager will openly pass personal comments about family and work, no motivation, too much politics

Cons

old school company salaries are mediocre there is very less scope for growth lower staff /mid level staff are treated like slaves they keep your passport ( against UAE law)
