Pros
Collaborative team of motivated and innovative thinkers who work well together. The team values each other's disciplines while working together across departments to bring projects to life. While people work hard and put in a great deal of effort and hours, the culture is incredibly supportive and respectful of personal and family lives, supporting team members to prioritize endeavors beyond work life.
Cons
Smaller office means all hands on deck when projects overlap. There is great opportunity to touch projects from start to finish and really make an impact, but this can contribute to periods of time where longer hours are required.
