Wannabe forward thinking. Great ideas.
Cons
Poor leadership. The brothers are driven purely by their ego and as they have never worked as employees, they really struggle to see things from employees perspective. For instance when their hotel staff don’t get paid on time, it’s not deemed “urgent” within the HQ. The aspect of work-life balance is non-existing, but for pictures in Socials or industry newsletters all is dandy.
