Great benefits and people but poor CEO leadership.

Pros

Small division of a larger well established company. Great benefits and pay. Ability to learn many new things in diverse areas. Interesting product.

Cons

President doesn't seem to care about anybody at levels lower than management. Doesn't direct the company and is rarely in the office. Management doesn't always appear to be in agreement. The corporate values are just talk and not actually followed by everyone.

Pros

Family value driven. Executive are connected to the business. A very collaborative culture and pay is definitely above average.

Cons

None to mention. Small in size, but the resources are strong. Nice people and strong benefits quite a difference.
