Great place to acquire experience, but not a place for a long stay.

Pros

This is a great place to get experience. The company works with the latest aircraft out there such as the Boeing 787 and Airbus 350. It is big enough to be a reputable company in the Miami Airport, but small enough to where your are not just a number. There is a family type environment in the maintenance area despite some internal feuds which is expected.

Cons

The company lacks a well defined structure in certain areas such as in salaries.
