      Pros

      Very flexible in terms of hours. Very casual work environment and the people there are great. Very small and has that startup vibe to it. No such thing as PTO. If you need time off, you just take it.

      Cons

      Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, flows through the CEO, which ends up becoming less than desirable. Also, the approach to the business changes every 2 weeks or so, so just when when you get ramped up and feel you are doing well, that gets flipped on it's head. Also, they have some issues with their reputation. Also issues with paychecks as when they have hard months, the ask that they pay you late/less. No good.

      Pros

      (No pros sorry) Despite your efforts, the CEO will micromanage and degrade you. Everyone seems unhappy in there, no teamwork, no benefits, nothing. My coworkers and I had a horrendous experience there; it really traumatized us and we quit. This is not a place I would recommend to anyone.

      Cons

      They have also a shady past. There is no way I would trust this company!
