No career progression in IT department No empowerment or delegation, even first line managers have no voice. There has been so much turn over in staff and management because of nepotism at the top. If you are not a doctor or a nurse you are viewed as an expense to minimize and treated like a 3rd class citizen. If you show any aptitude you will be over worked while teammates can feign task incompetence.

They provide the illusion that it's a good place to work, but withhold how downright false that is being that people are constantly overworked. Not only that, but they write you up even when you become overworked claiming you aren't meeting expectations. Good luck keeping people there! HR is worthless, careless, and lazy. Human Resources seems like a fake industry with people who intervene where necessary, but really do not attempt to mediate anything.
