Unbelievable micro management, you must have a minimum of 7.50 hours billed a day, if you have any less you will have warnings and meetings. Salaries are terrible. management are not human beings and have zero empathy. Management have said they would rather the team automate more than hire to back fill staff that have left.
I do not recommend this company, 0 stars if I could.
