      Complete waste of time . Overworked underpaid everyone backstabs each other .Toilets stink place is dirty and organized

      Small, dynamic team. You can learn a lot and challenge yourself. There is openness in the organization - you can walk down the hall and talk to the CEO if you want.

      Cons

      There's not a lot of room to advance, pay is below competitors, and the small size of the company means management is not necessarily the best of the best. The most capable staff leave for better paid opportunities when they can.
