Pros

compensation is decent - then capped out - no raise unless across the board increase

Cons

they treat you not as an important part of a team - simply replaceable - NO SICK TIME - vacation time is very minimum - benefits are very expensive.

Pros

fellow co-workers are good people to work with. supervisor is fair and understanding

Cons

everything i was told about raises, promotions and compensation were all lies. president of company thinks he's better than everyone else. spent 3 weeks without toilet paper or hand soap. cut 401K matching and didn't tell anybody, not even payroll, took away uniforms and rags, cut everyone's hours. cut off from parts suppliers for non payment of bills. all this while 6 brand new tractors sit in the yard with grass growing around them, unable to afford the registration. but his kids have their beamers and he has his half million dollar camper. company does not care about it's employees. you are replaceable and they let you know it.

Pros

The new investment group and management is impressive. I absolutely love the direction land air is headed. Getting stagnant employees/management out. Reduced all negativity an promoting a much better safety oriented culture. I have been an employee of land air for many years and had the opportunity to meet Bill Spencer 1 time in my career. With the new investment group I have seen them 3 times in a 6 month period. Getting out and meeting employees promotes an experience needed to change that stagnant robot culture that land air previously was operated under.

Cons

Continue proceeding down the path that's ahead
