      Pay, Friendly customers, Co-workers nice to work with at store level.

      Cons

      Benefits, Leadership, lack of room to grow. Tougher if you are working at a smaller store with not enough support or tools to do your job correctly

      Good pay and benefits, flexibility, over time is available if you want to work. I feel it’s a friendly environment. The hiring process is smooth. Immediate contact from the recruiter, offer the day of the interview.

      hours can add up during planting and harvest time.
