      - Inexperienced and capricious CEO - Firm doesn't know what it wants to do. When I started, it was adtech for mobile games. With 6 months, CEO had gone all in on NFTs, crypto and the Metaverse - Chaotic and disorganised - Lack of resources - Unpleasant working culture

      Nice engineer team, some excellent and smart coworkers.

      No transparency on future, company took a 180 deg turn and projects we were working on one day were trash the next.
