Pros

CEO is cool, everybody is very nice, and they take the time to train.

Cons

I had just graduated with a GIS degree however I got a job as a land analyst which is a glorified title for data entry. I was told that if a GIS postition opened up, I would be considered. It didn't even involve a pay increase, I just wanted to do work related to my career path. Once I noticed that they had three positions open up, I asked to switch. They declined, saying they needed me to stay in data entry. So, I did the mature thing and just stopped showing up. Ironically being the best career move I ever made.

Pros

Will hire you with little to no experience. Benefits package. Snacks and coffee.

Cons

Herd mentality work environment. Not open for improved workflows or anything new in general. Repetitive work for low pay. Coarse toilet paper that's like sand paper.
