Thank you for your feedback. We agree that we have a great mission and we have very intelligent, capable and committed colleagues. Since we don’t know when you left Landesa, we will share that during the past year, the new leadership team has focused on greater transparency around decision making, focused on organizational health by adding accountability to our values, and whenever possible, have created stretch assignments to build the internal capacity of our staff. We believe Landesa is on the right trajectory to continue raising awareness about land rights while ensuring the team dedicated to doing so is encouraged and supported in their efforts.
