      Pay is on time each month, but not always correct

      Cons

      Bad management since last year - A change over in March -April has resulted in things going from bad to worse. Little or no experience at the top (ADM/ROM) means that no one knows what they are doing. Ignoring awkward questions, yelling at people or intimidation by managers at all levels is now the most common management style here.
