      Challenging startup with lots of learning opportunities

      Pros

      Like most startups there are significant learning and growth opportunities since teams are lean and you're encouraged to work outside of the boundaries of a traditional role. Solid community culture with fun activities to engage employees. For the most part, good coworkers and a supportive environment with a lot of work flexibility.

      Cons

      Workload can be difficult to manage and the current industry headwinds definitely add strain and present challenges. Transparency with upper mgmt could be better.

      Pros

      Landmark Bio is still building itself up, creating a lot of change and sometimes chaos. Those who have worked in start-ups before will recognize this and know it is part of the process. Those who have not worked at a startup before and are more familiar with larger, established, organizations may struggle at first. Overall, it is a great mission driven company with a leadership team that is committed not just to the success of the company but also to the success and growth of it's staff.

      Cons

      Everyone is very busy and it can be chaotic at times. I don't think Landmark Bio is unique in this however and it is part of building a company.

      A startup so a great opportunity for career growth and to be a part of a great mission and purpose. Seems to value employee satisfaction and feedback. Leaders trust you and care about your development and success as an employee. Flexible work schedule/balance for the most part

      Still a relatively new company and employee, but none at the moment
