Plenty of parking space.locker room has shower and break room is air conditioned as is locker rooms. A few vending machines.
Cons
Extremely poor management; no infrastructure or support what so ever. After working over a year with absolutely no evaluations nor pay increase and i have perfect attendance. No company meetings at all except a lame safety meeting once a month. No group or line meetings.No comprehensive quality control at all. No break schedule or set 10 minute breaks. Just one 30 min paid lunch in 8 hrs. No mention of pay increases nor incentives at all. No possibility to advance in company. No bidding on other jobs. No rules or regulations.No work instructions or safety guidelines nor standards at all. This company is an absolute fly by night outfit with no future for its employees. So called teamlead and no pay increase at all???????
