Pros
Landmark is a growing company and I would recommend it for someone looking career path options, whether it be management, customer service, or sales. I have met some wonderful people during my time with the company. My General Manager and mentor helped me develop as a leader, while reminding me to stay true to myself. I've learned so many valuable professional skills and life lessons while working for Landmark. The company values professional development and cares about the employees, while also embracing the importance of efficiency. I have several skills I that come to mind, but I benefitted from learning how to strengthen my weaknesses. My managers worked with me to develop my attention to detail, customer service skills, and my ability to prioritize. I'm so thankful to have worked for Landmark.
Cons
I always worked at Landmark part-time while I was in school or working somewhere else at the same time. By working part-time I didn't qualify for benefits and it was hard to move-up in the company. I believe that if I had stayed in hospitality and transitioned into a full-time role, that I might have been able to continue to grow with the company.
