      Great Opportunity for College Students

      Pros

      Nice to be able to contribute at a high level as a learning student. They trust their interns and give real projects to them. Some analysts are just lazy and dish the crud, but others mentor and give insight on big projects. Refreshing

      Cons

      20/hrs a week in college is a lot. Structure in trainings but no initiative from majority of analysts about teaching why things are used or project specific information

      Pros

      - Get to talk to people all day - Can improve valuable skills in managing workflow & organization - Usually flexible hours and a pretty easy job

      Cons

      - Coworkers really make or break the job in this role since it's so communication based - If it's a new site, lots of issues will arise (it's natural) and that can be very stressful for many people

      Extensive background in development, construction, and management of student housing assets.

      Cons

      No real cons based on my experience with the organization. Lot's of growth through development and acquisitions which can lead to some hard work and additional dedication to effectively manage the growth.
