Pros
Flexibility to work in the office and outside the office during the covid-19 pandemic and being able to handle all faucets of job expectations virtually. Ability to reach out to upper level management when questions arose regarding housing contracts.
Cons
Limited work/life balance due to weekend hours for Leasing Agents and if issues arose they would have to escalate to management.
