Diversity is a joke here, unless you are labor. Females are objectified, and will never be considered for management. Company morale is based on the owners current mood, blog, political values. Take a close look at company leadership and how they got into those roles, it is a good ol' boys club.

This review is so inaccurate it appears to be confused with some other company. LDI fully reflects the diversity which is California. Women work in all levels of professional management, from the C-Suite through mid-management, financial, HR, and construction management. We are racially, culturally, politically, gender, and age diverse. We are far, far from any notion of an "Old Boys Club." Especially of note, we are a Veterans-Preferred company and are pleased to employ seven US Vets at our Valencia headquarters.
