Treats employees like children. 10-15 years behind in respectful work environment practices. The environment is extremely punitive. I was constantly told how I can get in trouble. Like I was a five-year-old child, not a bus driver. I was told I would be fired. If I was one second late. When you called in sick with possible Covid, there was no kindness only rude and cold responses. During training, they told us to come to work no matter what even if we were sick. I was so sick that I could not stop from throwing up. I was not told to stay home. They absolutely do not care about workers. The benefits are good. There are nice people working here. Only about 20 people have enough seniority to have the good shifts. I was told I would not get to even ask for any vacation later in the year until April 2025. I started their October 30 of 2023. They have lost over 70% of the last two classes. They have a completed bus driver training. I know exactly why it’s happening, the culture is toxic and punitive. Basic training was easier and they cared more about us. I would not recommend my worst enemy to work for this company. And training I was told I could not call police if attacked, and that most likely no one would show up. The training video said the absolute opposite. They do not want to acknowledge that they are hiring human beings, and to treat them how they should be treated.

Top-heavy organization. Communications within organization and with the greater public is not always consistent/transparent. General lack of project management skillset among staff -- organization tends to over commit and under deliver due to insufficient resource (staff & $) planning.
