      Pros

      Loved working with my boss, who was very flexible in terms of extended lunches, and who felt his hands off approach worked best. He felt that as long as work got done, you can surf the web. Great camaraderie between myself and my coworkers and hourlies/student workers. Mohammed, who ran the food cart would let me get food on credit! Liked going to the lake on campus to read and/or get in touch with nature. Great union who pushed for fairer wages.

      Cons

      Not too many eating establishments close by. Depressing layout of the campus. Sometimes had to deal with unruly students with bad attitudes. Ancient workstations. Never having any privacy if eating at desk, since you faced the counter and had people staring at you. Usual politics when it came to any promotions.
