      Pros

      Creating machine learning models for an inovative product (and for a good cause too) Great connection with the team (with the occasional dinner in a fancy restaurant) Guidance from well established scientists

      Cons

      Some procedures/ frameworks/ algorithms are not yet established and it requires some extra efford to find a tool that fits the needs. But if you like the challenge I guess it is fine.

      - Freedom to design & engineer tools and solutions from scratch - Promising product, exploiting multiple avenues of AI/ML. - Company mission targets major health / societal issue - Skilled team, including experts from multiple disciplines - Flexible hours and remote work

      Cons

      - Some division of labor issues, which would be resolved with additional manpower in new / existing roles - Balance, prioritization and alignment between business and technical requirements needs further improvement
