-Plenty of overtime because they always need extra shift coverage -Flexible schedule -Comfort of working in group home and not in an office environment -Enjoyed working with residents and they become like family

-Management could show more availability for staff and make improvements with stability and organization -Pay should be a little more for the amount of work staff is expected to do -They are always short-staffed which means you will be overworked -Communication throughout the organization needs improvement -You will often be asked to do work outside of your job title
