Pros

Good pay, great benefits, good location, they hire ANYONE

Cons

-Micromanaged -Obsessed with money and the bottom line, not doing a good job for the clients. -Weak clients, majority are non-profit -You will get all the worst clients and a lot of them -Some key coworkers will drive you nuts (Though most are helpful, 2 you want kill) -Disengaged owner that is more interested in wine than tech -Cowboy tech deployments that are either over engineered and never tested (Livevault, VMware on a single server local storage - Are you F-Ing crazy?) - ZERO training, expected to know all clients in 7 days.

Pros

Excellent opportunity for an entry level I.T. professional to gain experience with Microsoft technologies. Initial salary was motivating. Good location for commuters.

Cons

Management lacks advanced technical knowledge. Employees will receive conflicting priorities and directives from various members of management. Amenities such as coffee, paper towels, or lunch at conferences are thought to be a waste of revenue. Rewarding raises are considered a decrease to an employees overall value. As a result of an extremely high turnover rate, customers are consistently assigned unseasoned consultants.
