Pros

Leaving. Worst place i've ever worked in my life. Staff turnover is shocking but they would never let you know that until you work there and realise no one stays.

Cons

EVERYTHING! The manager is pure evil. The place is living hell, you get told off for breathing. Do not get a job there.

- A toxic culture of micromanaging - Very little autonomy given to employees - Ridiculously high staff turnover: out of a team of 8, 5 members left within 4 months. - Very low salaries

Great opportunity to specialize in the medical field and learn new tasks linked with market research. A good career springboard. High work volume.

Cons

Regular overtime, work/life balance is difficult to achieve, no clear/set up training, communication with project team is poor.
