Used to be a very good place to work at

Cons

A waste of time. Agents/Interpreters are voluntarily having to ask for a pay cut because the ones with the lowest rates get all the assignments for some pennies and the rest are wasting their time which is ridiculous and unacceptable. No career opportunities whatsoever.
