Pros

Free water and fruit, convenient location, easy to reach by public transportation.

Cons

They recently acquired Xplanation, which is a translation company to be avoided at all costs and which does not provide any possibility for growing. We basically sat all day doing simple and repetitive tasks without any supervision or orientation. Didn't learn anything and was payed very little.

Pros

Good stuff: - Great team atmosphere (at least that was the case for my team) - Home office equipment was provided. It took a while for the order to arrive, but in the end we had great equipment which made working from home easier. We were even allowed to take home chairs, etc. for ergonomical reasons. - Occasionally, we could choose from courses for further training and education, for example language courses. - Possibilities for promotion.

Cons

Bad stuff: - Enormous workload. The workload was ridiculously high, but the management didn't respond to our cries for help for almost half a year. In my opinion, this was too late as the whole team was struggling a lot during that period. In the end, they were able to fix the issues quite fast which made me wonder why it took them so long to react. - I personally thought that not all business decisions and strategies are ethically and morally right. This is of course a personal opinion and some people might see that differently. But if you have a problem with questionable ethics in companies, this might not be the right fit for you. - Very low salary. - No perks nor bonuses. No pension scheme, no additional medical insurance, no child support for working moms, no discounts for gyms or shops. We usually had a fruit basket in the office and a coffee machine, but due to covid the fruit basked was not refilled anymore.

Pros

Some kind people that are desperately trying to improve things exist, so go look for those and hopefully things will improve. Overall the company is doing very good, so good prospects for the future if you survive in the environment. Loads of projects all the time, fast-paced environment.

Cons

Overwork culture is normalized, employee well-being and health is put at the second place - profit is all that counts. Loads of fake talks that lead to nothing. Toxic work environment. Low salaries. Avoid at all costs.
