      Pros

      Competitive pay/salary for good/hard workers Benefits, 401K, Health Insurance, PTO Work on the biggest projects, with extremely skilled trades for the industry They will help guide hard working individuals that are willing to learn

      Cons

      -Expect to work 6 days a week from the end of February to December if weather is nice -They only pay %50 of health insurance, For Families Out of Pocket cost was nearly $10,000/year -Unless you make a deal when hired, you will receive no PTO your first year, possibly longer due to the fact you are only allowed to take PTO in January and February -Monday-Friday 7:30am-6:00pm minimum and Saturday's 8:00am-12 or 1

      Pros

      Leadership pushes themselves and others to achieve seemingly impossible tasks and goals. You will work hard and put in an ungodly amount of time, but you will realize your potential to accomplish more than you can imagine. The people who are successful here have fun accepting the biggest challenges.

      Cons

      The landscaping or green industry has a long history of being an all-consuming career choice. Some more progressive landscape companies have challenged this habit and have creatively and successfully found solutions to offer their employees a better work-life balance. This is not one of those companies.
