      Pay above normal salary Tries to retain older personnel The people that are making decisions will never be in their offshores Have 3 investors Tries to move on from Compensation to more services-alike customers

      Cons

      Place unprofessional Employees on Important roles Hires random people without the skillset required for most all positions Awful personnel rotation

      It has been a little bit more than a year, with ups and downs but definitely a great experience overall for me.

      Pros

      Lanshore has given me the opportunity to continue studying and given me the chance to adapt my school schedule with work. It is definitely a company that gives you the opportunity to learn a lot and understands the difficulty of having to go to school and work at the same time. It provides a great environment, easy going but challenging at the same time.

      Small-Medium size company thats still is in the process of getting bigger and expanding.

      Pros

      It is a very relaxed environment where we are expected to do our job without any baby sitting. Any time something is needed we can expect a prompt answer from the bosses. The employees are great and everyone gets along. It is located in a centric location with parking available. We get good coffee and cookies.
