It's a very toxic culture. The whole company is hell-bent on promoting culture and instilling culture but the culture they have... isn't great. There's a lot of micro-managing, a lot of favouritism, a lot of 'if you're not an associate director or above, we're not that bothered about you', a lot of cliquey-ness, and even more typical-play-the-corporate-game-or-you-won't-succeed. Someone once mentioned that Lansons was kind of like a cult... in hindsight I agree - and if you don't fit in with the cult, you'll probably want to get out asap.
